Andrew House Coaching, LLC

1. Services

Andrew House Coaching, LLC provides intuitive and strategic advisory services designed to support personal insight, clarity, decision-making, and self-trust.

Services may include private sessions, session packages, workshops, guided experiences, and other educational or reflective offerings.

All services are intended to support your own judgment and decision-making. You remain responsible for the choices and actions you take.

2. Payments and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise specified.

All purchases of sessions, packages, workshops, and digital products are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly stated.

Session packages must be used within the expiration period specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period.

Exceptions to the nonrefundable purchase policy include refunds initiated by Andrew House Coaching, LLC for services it elects not to provide, as described below.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Appointments must be scheduled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are forfeited and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or replacement sessions, except where required by applicable law.

If Andrew House Coaching, LLC must cancel an appointment, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule it. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be provided for the affected service or unused portion of the purchase.

4. Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments

Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled start of their appointment.

Zoom Appointments: Andrew will remain in the scheduled Zoom meeting for up to 15 minutes. If the client has not joined within that time, the meeting will be closed and the appointment will be considered missed.

Phone Appointments: Andrew will call the client at the scheduled appointment time. If the client does not answer, they have up to 15 minutes from the scheduled start time to return the call. If no contact is made within that period, the appointment will be considered missed.

Clients who arrive or connect within the 15-minute grace period may proceed with their session, but the appointment will still end at its originally scheduled time.

Missed appointments are forfeited and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or replacement sessions, except where required by applicable law.

5. Professional Disclaimer

Services provided by Andrew House Coaching, LLC are advisory, educational, and reflective in nature.

Clients are welcome to discuss personal, professional, medical, mental health, legal, and financial circumstances. However, these services do not constitute medical treatment, mental health therapy, legal counsel, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service.

Clients should consult appropriately qualified professionals when making decisions requiring specialized expertise.

No particular outcome or result is guaranteed.

6. Respectful Participation and Discontinuation of Services

Andrew House Coaching, LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for threats, violence, harassment, discriminatory abuse, and hate speech.

Andrew House Coaching, LLC reserves the right to discontinue an advisory relationship when continued engagement is no longer appropriate or productive, including when a client violates these standards.

If Andrew House Coaching, LLC elects to discontinue an engagement, the client will receive a prorated refund for any unused, unexpired prepaid sessions. Sessions already completed or forfeited under the cancellation policy are not eligible for refunds.

If a client independently chooses to discontinue an engagement, the standard nonrefundable purchase and package expiration policies remain in effect, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Workshops and Digital Materials

Workbooks, audio recordings, guided experiences, and other original materials are provided for personal use only unless otherwise expressly authorized.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or publicly shared without prior written permission.

Access to digital materials and any applicable expiration or usage restrictions will be described at the time of purchase.

8. Acknowledgment of Terms

By affirmatively accepting these Terms & Conditions during booking or checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to them.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law, including the laws of the State of California.
