About Me
A different perspective changes what you can’t see.
I’ve spent much of my life inside systems, from the military to graduate school, traditional religious institutions, and the corporate world, working with people, leadership, business and change.
Those experiences taught me a great deal about human nature, the way people make decisions and the role power plays in the structures around us. My perspective was also shaped by my experience as a transgender man, giving me a lived understanding of both marginalization and power.
What I eventually came to trust most wasn’t the structures.
It was my ability to see what wasn’t visible.
I’ve always had an ability to see what others sometimes can’t: patterns, possibilities, connections and paths that aren’t immediately obvious. Over the years, I’ve studied it, tested it and learned how to use it intentionally in service of helping other people identify strategies to build, decide, move, and expand.
Today, my work brings together intuition, strategic perspective, pattern recognition, inner wisdom, and thoughtful questioning.
I listen for what’s being said and what isn’t. I notice assumptions that may be limiting what someone can see. I look for possibilities that haven’t been considered. And I ask questions that can change the conversation.
Because the most useful answer isn’t always the most obvious one.
When something matters enough to look at it differently.
People come to me when they’re inside something they can’t quite see clearly from where they’re standing.
It might be a leadership challenge. A career or business decision. Spiritual questioning. A relationship. Something they’re building. A transition they didn’t expect. Or simply the growing realization that the life they’ve created no longer quite fits who they’re becoming.
I don’t tell you what to do.
I help you see clearly enough that you know.
