Organizational Work
Leadership, teams and organizations.
Organizations get stuck for many of the same reasons people do.
The situation is complex. The people involved are too close to it. Competing priorities make the next move difficult to see. Or everyone knows something needs to change, but no one is quite sure what that change should be.
I bring an outside perspective to help leaders and teams see what’s happening more clearly, identify what matters, and make better decisions about what comes next.
A different perspective changes the conversation.
My work sits at the intersection of people, leadership, business and change.
I listen for what’s being said — and what isn’t. I notice patterns, competing needs and dynamics that can be difficult to see from inside an organization. Then I ask the questions that help get underneath the obvious problem and clarify what actually needs attention.
This isn’t a prescriptive consulting model where I arrive with a formula and tell you how your organization should operate.
It’s strategic partnership designed to help you see your own situation differently — and decide what to do with what you see.
Ways we can work together
Leadership Advisory
Outside perspective for leaders navigating decisions, change, people challenges or periods of growth.
This can be a focused engagement around a particular issue or ongoing advisory support when you need a trusted perspective outside your internal team.
Team & Organizational Work
For teams working through change, alignment, communication challenges or questions about where to go next.
I facilitate conversations that help surface what matters, identify patterns that may be getting in the way and create greater clarity about the path forward.
Workshops & Off-sites
Facilitated experiences designed around the questions your team or organization actually needs to explore.
Rather than bringing in a predetermined program, we start with what’s happening in your organization and build the session around the conversation that needs to happen.
The work starts with a conversation.
Organizational engagements are shaped around the situation, the people involved and what you’re trying to accomplish.
We’ll start with a conversation about what’s happening, where you’re feeling stuck or uncertain, and what kind of support would be most useful. From there, I’ll recommend an approach and scope.
Tell me what you’re navigating.
Share a little about what’s happening and what kind of support you’re considering. I’ll review your inquiry and be in touch about next steps.
